- Straight string pull both down the fingerboard and through the scroll to the tuning peg
- Only one small hole through the scroll - the side of the scroll is never cut
- For lowest tuning friction and minimal weight, our default is to pass the string through the scroll without the use of additional pulleys.
- Accurate string spacing and minimal fingerboard scoop so you can close the E gate with one hand
- We have built perfectly-functioning extensions WITH a false nut, and also on a 5-string bass
